This Pilates retreat is all about taking the time to escape, exercise, re-energise, and realign your body and mind. Whether you are new to Pilates or more advanced, you will feel the benefit of practising Pilates daily, guided by expert tuition from Adele – highly experienced Pilates  Instructor

Enjoy the pleasure of developing your Pilates practice with daily sessions morning and evening outdoors in the blissful Mediterranean climate, a perfect setting to loosen up those tight joints, aching muscles and tired minds! Unwind with a book around the pool during the day, venture out on a bike ride or take a trip to the stunning lake Iznajar and relax on the beach. Unwind in the evenings with delicious homemade alfresco meals, sipping Sangria as the sun sets and the air cools, whilst sharing fun entertainment and new friendships.

Whilst for some it is the opportunity to practice daily Pilates, to feel stronger and reset your body with a week’s healthy eating.  Others love the community we create and the evening meals which are so delicious, healthy and above all fun.

Maggie Kay had very different reasons, as a seasoned retreat enthusiast she was looking for some ‘quiet time’. She called it ‘space’ and time to reflect and let go of her day to day concerns. As well as managing her very successful coaching business Maggie Kay is also a full-time carer for her amazing husband.
