Payment for my program is taken on website www.get-gorgeous.com and using Paypal and a UK based secure merchant account facility.

DELIVERY METHOD (DIGITAL DELIVERY)

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Infusionsoft and PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your access details via email within 1 working day.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy, you can withdraw within 14 days from the start of the course with a refund (minus 15% refund processing fee). Simply email me at adele@get-gorgeous.com You will, however, need to submit all completed adherence worksheets up to that point to show that you actually tried the course.

At the outset, Individual Zoom links for all Gorgeous Premier members will be allocated. This links are individual to you and set up for the times agreed.

Dates and times for our one to one sessions are agreed at the commencement of our work together, your commitment to these mutually convenient dates and times are based on mutual commitment.  If you are unable to attend one of our predetermined session times you are able to swap and change for another date.

I am restricting this change to ONE of your six sessions.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Adele Stickland Get Gorgeous website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion and when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Sensitive Data

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

Where we store your personal data

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, a potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.

For tax purposes, the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.

In some circumstances, we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) do not always offer the same levels of protection to your personal data, so European law has prohibited transfers of personal data outside of the EEA unless the transfer meets certain criteria.

Some of our third parties service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

Orders

Log Files

Refund/Cancellation policy

In the unlikely event that Adele’s Get Gorgeous Ltd must cancel the event, all monies paid for Retreat will be refunded.
Adele’s Get Gorgeous Ltd will not be liable for any other costs incurred, such as flights, transport, airport parking, hotels, etc. It is recommended that adequate Travel Insurance is taken out to cover this eventuality and is compulsory.

A booking deposit of £125 is strictly non-refundable


Should you, as a participant need to cancel, confirmation in writing will be required. If canceled prior to 6 weeks upfront a 30 % refund is claimed.
If canceled on or after that 6 week period strictly no fund claimed.

Force Majeure – out of the control of Adele’s Get Gorgeous Ltd

Adele’s Get Gorgeous Ltd shall be under no liability for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this agreement. If and to the extent, that the failure is caused by act of God, war, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, fires, breakdowns, interruptions of transport, governmental action or restriction, shortages of labour or materials or breakdown of machinery, delay in delivery by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever (whether or not similar to the foregoing) outside the control of Adele’s Get Gorgeous Ltd.
